Common Questions

Quick answers to help you troubleshoot and build faster.

Traditional SMS relies on telecom routing which frequently delays or filters OTP messages as spam. WhatsApp Native delivery boasts open rates up to 98% and typically delivers within 3 seconds, leading to a much higher conversion rate and fewer abandoned signups.

Your API Credentials (Client ID and API Secret Key) are unlocked immediately after your first wallet top-up. Simply log in, navigate to the Wallet section, choose a top-up package, authorize the mock UPI transaction, and your keys will be displayed in the API Keys section.

Yes! We provide a global sandbox testing mode right on the Docs page where you can test the send-and-verify API flows live using sandbox credentials, without having to create an account or fund a wallet.

Every successful OTP dispatch deducts a small cost (e.g., 1.00 RS) from your active wallet balance. We don't charge any monthly subscription or setup fees—only pay for the verifications you actually request.
